Over the years of navigating the crypto world, I have suffered quite a few losses before realizing some things. Now I want to share these "traps".

Many people can't help but want to take action when they see market fluctuations, and as a result, after a series of frantic operations, they end up with a total loss due to liquidation. I used to do this as well, and looking back, it was just a waste.

**How to choose a coin? This is the first step.**

I usually start by looking at the gainers list. Why? Because only those coins that have risen have an active market, which leads to subsequent opportunities. If a coin hasn't moved at all, why buy it?

Don't just keep staring at the daily K-line. The real opportunities are in the long-term trends. I mainly look at the monthly MACD—enter directly when there's a golden cross, and stay out when there's no golden cross. Those stories about oversold rebounds are just to be heard, betting on them usually results in losses.

**The 70-day moving average is something I check every day.**

The coin price has pulled back to near the 70-day line, and the trading volume has started to increase. At this point, I dare to add to my position. You need to have some confidence; the market will give you opportunities. When the signal appears, hold steady; if there is no signal, just wait. Many people make the mistake of always wanting to "wait for a rebound," and as a result, they turn profits into losses.

Once I enter the market, I never linger in battle. I hold my position when the price rises and sell immediately if it breaks the line. Profit-taking also needs to be rhythmic—sell half at 30%, and then sell another half at 50%. Don't try to capture all the gains in one go; the market changes at any time, and it's okay to miss out—there will always be another opportunity.

**The most important rule: If it falls below the 70-day line, leave immediately.**

This is the bottom line I adhere to for every trade: it doesn't matter how long I hold my position, I don't fight against the market or gamble with my life. This rule is truly the key to my survival.

In the crypto world, as you continue to work, you'll understand that the simpler the method, the easier it is to execute. Don't always think about "turning the tables in one go"; those who truly make money are those who can stick to discipline and manage their emotions well. This experience is all gained through losses.
