$SOL Starting to lose its horizontal support area.

Needs to break this local consolidation before we can start looking at the range high again.

But with $ETH/BTC moving a bit recently, SOL is usually left behind. So I think the ETH ecosystem is more interesting as we speak.

The ETH ecosystem is lively, while SOL is quiet, but over the past two months SOL’s on-chain data has actually been decent—it may be undervalued.

The current trend of SOL really does make people lose confidence, but maybe the bottom is already here, and we’ll slowly start accumulating a bit from the left side.

SOL is definitely a bit weak this round. Over on the ETH ecosystem side, there have been a lot of recent moves, with funds flowing in that direction.

The sideways consolidation hasn’t finished yet. It’s a bit early to rush to check the upper end of the range—better to look at opportunities on ETH first.

This analysis is quite fair: the ETH/BTC move has indeed pulled liquidity away, and SOL needs to hold its ground before it has a chance.

Actually, every time ETH goes up, SOL gets left behind. I’m used to it—once ETH stops and cools off, SOL will naturally catch up.

If the support level can’t hold, it’ll be troublesome; however, it’s also possible to consolidate in the short term and then break out. Let’s wait and see.
