I think the way of The Boost Coffee is quite a reference case. It starts small and distributes incentives to the initial members each time a set milestone is cleared. During that process, community members who are genuinely able to envision the future of the project together gather, and it feels like moving on to the next phase from there. As a growth strategy for an NFT project, it’s a rather sensible design.
