On November 5th, there was a significant on-chain movement! Someone tracked 4 wallet addresses that are suspected to belong to Richard Heart, the founder of HEX and PulseChain, transferring 47,200 ETH into Tornado Cash. At the time's price, this transfer was worth approximately 151 million USD.
What's even more exaggerated is that there are still 63,423 ETH lying in these addresses, which is now worth about 204 million dollars. Such a large-scale use of mixing protocols raises the question of whether it's a routine privacy protection operation or if there are other intentions. Anyway, the on-chain data is there for everyone to consider.
