To be honest, staring at this kind of volatile market is really torturous. Why not change your mindset and take some long positions on the swings? My own approach is like this: start with a 5% position, control risk with 50x leverage, and set a strict stop loss at 20 points. Don't be greedy; staying alive is more important than anything.
Of course, this is just a personal opinion; everyone can just follow their own risk control system.
