Yi Li Hua: Wall Street consensus strengthening and three key factors drive bullish Ethereum

On December 12th, Yi Lihua, founder of Liquid Capital (formerly LD Capital), posted on social media expressing a continued strong bullish outlook on Ethereum. The reasons are as follows: First, the Wall Street consensus is strengthening: the latest statement from SEC Chairman indicates “financial migration onto the chain,” with US political and economic elites working together to promote the tokenization of US debt, with Ethereum as the core carrier. Second, Fusaka’s upgrade reshapes value: Blob fees have skyrocketed, burning over 1500 ETH in a single day, accounting for 98%. The thriving L2 layer is strongly rewarding the mainnet, with deflation imminent. Third, technical cleansing is extreme: speculative leverage has dropped to a historic low of 4%, with only 10% on CEX reserves. ETH/BTC is moving sideways, resisting declines, with shorts exhausted and a short squeeze imminent. During the rate cut cycle, capital is rotating from BTC into practically useful ETH.
