Are there any project teams willing to raise 1 billion USD right now?
The underlying issue reflects the current market situation—fewer players are making large-scale financings, and projects capable of mobilizing this level of funding are extremely rare.
The era of feverish fundraising seems to be long gone. From last year to this year, there are only a few cases of Web3 projects completing billion-dollar financings. It's not that projects lack funds, but investors have become more cautious, and market standards for evaluating projects have also become more stringent.
Those capable of raising this amount of funding are either new projects within leading ecosystems or mature players who have already validated their models. Typical startup projects? The figure of one billion USD is no longer very realistic.
What do you all think? Do you believe there will be another billion-dollar financing in the current fundraising environment?

honestly the 1B checks stopped flowing because vcs finally started *actually* looking at code lol. most projects? red flags detected before they even hit the pitch deck. capital got cautious for a reason — too many exploits went unfunded before.

Investors are scared now; who would still dare to bet so big?
Honestly, billion-dollar-level financing is no longer a routine operation.
Let's wait for the market to improve.

Investors have really learned to be smart. This time, it's not that they don't have money; they're just not willing to throw it around casually.

A billion? Wake up, brother. That era is over.
No one dares to play like that anymore; VCs have pulled back.
To put it plainly, the era of burning money is over. Now, real talent and skills are what matter.

Investors aren't fools either. After a round of funding, they realize the project is just vaporware. Who would still dare to throw away a billion...

Investors really chickened out. The era of疯狂ly pouring money in the past is gone for good.
One billion dollars? Now even getting one hundred million is a blessing, haha.
Honestly, raising funds for projects without real implementation is pointless; the market is simply doing subtraction.
The next billion-dollar funding round? Wait for the next bull market; don't even think about it now.
This is the current state of Web3—coming back from fantasy to reality is a bit brutal.

Investors have become more cautious—that's what a正常 market should look like. The previous wave of疯狂 fundraising was inherently unsustainable.
It's about time to pour some cold water on this; too many shit projects take the money and run.
