#加密生态动态追踪 Wake up, stop being fooled by those listed companies holding coins — most of them are just arbitrage machines in this market.

MetaPlanet claims to be the Asian version of a leading coin-holding company, but since this adjustment, I haven't seen them step in to buy the dip. Basically, it’s because they have no money. The stock price has fallen below net asset value, and the arbitrage route of issuing shares at a high premium to buy coins has also been cut off. This is the reality — for the vast majority of listed companies holding coins, they are powerless in this environment. Even if BTC rebounds, it doesn’t guarantee your stock price will get a premium. The question is: how long can you hold back from selling coins?

The smart approach is clear: when net asset value hits bottom, sell coins to buy back stocks or hoard cash; when at a premium, issue shares to buy coins for arbitrage; when at a discount, sell coins to buy stocks. But there are risks — the more stocks you buy, the more your market cap shrinks, and in the end, wouldn’t you just be delisted?

Don’t pin your hopes on these companies. Not everyone has Saylor’s vision and execution. Their real test is financing ability, basically like investment banking operations. During economic downturns, many such companies will fail, which could then create downward pressure on $BTC.

Back to the technical side, last night BTC followed global stocks down again. It’s slow to rise but drops in a flash. The Bollinger Bands are narrowing, which usually indicates a big wave of volatility brewing. Looks like a trigger is coming.

Medical records show that the patient at metaplanet indeed has no cash left; bottom-fishing is just bluffing. --- I agree with the narrowing of the Bollinger Bands, but honestly, the final risk point for such listed companies is not the technical aspect, but when their financing ability goes bankrupt. --- After the premium arbitrage route is cut off, these companies are useless, truly becoming a drag. --- Saylor's kind of execution ability is hard to find in the market; the rest are just amateurs betting on a market rebound to save their lives. --- If the stock price falls below net asset value and they still don't sell coins, either they are betting on a rebound or they have no ammunition left; this risk warning level needs to be raised. --- The clinical manifestation is very obvious—desire to bottom-fish disappears, which means cash flow is already in urgent trouble.

In essence, the game-theoretic equilibrium has been distorted by incentives; these companies are fundamentally still trapped in centralization. Can Saylor's approach be replicated? Absolutely not. Funding ability determines life or death, and when a big wave comes, many will be sacrificed. The downward pressure in this round will eventually be released; this is just how Bollinger Bands narrowing works.

Metaplanet can't hold back anymore from buying the dip; everyone is pretending, Saylor is the real wolf.

It's the same story again. Frankly, these companies are just excuses; the real power still depends on on-chain data and the actions of institutions with real money.

Metaplanet really pulled back. The promised bottom-fishing, and now they don't even dare to move.

Speaking frankly, metaplanet is just a paper tiger; there was no reaction when bottom-fishing, which is really outrageous.

I’ve seen through this MetaPlanet scheme. It’s just poor fundraising ability being forced to "hold back sales" and making up stories to deceive retail investors. Saylor is the real deal, while the others are all paper tigers.

Just by looking at these companies' fundraising capabilities, you know that an army without supply lines will eventually surrender. This round of Metaplanet really exposed it—what sounds like strategy is actually just running out of ammunition.

metaplanet this time really flopped. The promised bottom-fishing strategy, and not a single move made.
