#数字资产市场洞察 This week the market shows signs of a Rebound, and the pressure resistance of trading mentality becomes crucial. The two Tokens I've been tracking recently—$BEAT and $H—really make the adrenaline spike when looking at the Candlestick patterns😄. When the market is fluctuating, the best approach is to put down the phone, go for a workout, and let your mind calm down before checking the charts. Often, traders who have experienced significant adjustments understand this principle: sometimes stepping away from the screen is the clearest trading decision.

Putting down the phone to exercise, easier said than done, brother.

That being said, this wave is indeed easy to play people for suckers. I still insist that staying off-screen is the way to live longer.

It's true that saying to step away from the screen makes sense, but it's just hard to do, haha.

It's easy to say to leave the screen, but I still can't help but stare at the market haha.

It's true that leaving the screen is easier said than done, but how many can actually do it?

ngl the step away from charts thing hits different when you've actually been through a bear cycle... seen too many miners panic-sell right before difficulty adjustment swings the hashrate back. $BEAT and $H tho, not sure about those picks tbh

Put down your phone and exercise, it's easy to say that, but when the market takes off, who can resist checking the charts?

lol "Leaving the screen is the clearest decision"? That's just an excuse for paper hands. Real alpha leaks never wait for you to calm down; counter-trading during panic is when you make money.

Ngl, off-screen is real. I've had my students try it... Most people are just being impulsive, looking at the Candlestick charts like they're watching a romance drama. Fundamentally speaking, mindset management is the cornerstone of trading.
