Source: TokenPost Original Title: Bitcoin Concentration Continues as Altcoin Weakness Persists… Attention on Recovery of Ethereum, BNB, and Ripple Original Link: As major altcoins continue to decline in 2025, the capital flow centered around Bitcoin persists. Whether key support levels and moving averages are broken is expected to be a turning point for future price trends.

Ethereum(ETH), BNB, Ripple(XRP), Solana(SOL), Dogecoin(DOGE) and other major altcoins have faced tough times for most of 2025, and attention is focused on whether they can recover in 2026. The fact that Bitcoin(BTC)'s market dominance has not fallen below its yearly low of 55.5% indicates that investors are still staying with Bitcoin.

According to recent analysis, most of the cryptocurrency sector has underperformed compared to Bitcoin over the past three months. Amid the trend of capital concentrating on Bitcoin, we will examine whether major altcoins can find an opportunity for a rebound by looking at the charts of each asset.

Ethereum(ETH): $3,454 is the key

Ethereum broke through $4,868 at one point in August, but this breakout was a 'bear market trap.' Recently, the price has fallen below the 50-week simple moving average of $3,070, showing a clear selling advantage. Attempts to rebound are being thwarted around the 20-week EMA of $3,454. Short-term support is forming at $2,623, but if this level breaks, there is potential for a drop to $2,111 and $1,600.

On the contrary, if the buying pressure defends the range of $1,385 to $1,600 and then breaks through the 20-week EMA, the market can expect a new rebound. The upward targets are $4,000, followed by $4,956, and ultimately could expand to $9,030.

BNB: Defending the $500 Support Level is Key

BNB is currently forming a range between the 20-week EMA and the 50-week SMA, indicating a balance between supply and demand. On the downside, the 50-week moving average at $775 serves as a support level, but if it breaks down, there is a possibility of a sharp drop to $500. Following that, a strong buying pressure is expected to form in the $400-$500 range.

On the contrary, if the price breaks above the 20-week EMA and the buying momentum takes control, a medium-term bullish scenario targeting $1,182, followed by the all-time high of $1,375, will also open up.

XRP: $1.61 is a critical point

XRP is currently falling around the strong support level of $1.61, and there is a high possibility that buying pressure will enter at this level. However, if the rebound faces resistance at the 20-week EMA of $2.38, it could reverse again and retreat to $1.25, or even to the psychological support level of $1.

Conversely, if it bounces back from $1.61 and surpasses the 20-week EMA, the downward momentum is expected to weaken. The subsequent target prices are $3, then $3.66, and then up to $5.19.

Solana(SOL): Attempt to support at $95

Recently, SOL has been trading below key moving averages and is testing the $95 support level. This level is likely to attract short-term buying interest; however, any rebound is expected to face resistance at the moving averages. A pullback near the moving averages would confirm bearishness, and ultimately, a downward scenario remains valid, with potential targets at $80 and $50.

On the contrary, if it successfully breaks above the upper moving average line after recovering to $95, SOL could enter a significant upward phase towards the next target of $425 after forming a range for a certain period in this interval, following a breakout above $260.

Dogecoin(DOGE): $0.13, last line of defense

Dogecoin has fallen to the lower end of the range between $0.13 and $0.29. The market's key indicator, RSI, is in a downward phase, and moving averages are trending down, indicating that selling pressure is dominating. If the support at $0.13 fails, a deeper decline to $0.09 becomes inevitable.

On the other hand, if it rebounds from $0.13 and breaks through the moving average line, the correction period may extend longer, and there is a high possibility of a sharp rise if it surpasses the upper limit of $0.29. The upward target is $0.48.

Market Interpretation

The current cryptocurrency market is characterized by a concentration of capital in Bitcoin, while altcoins are relatively continuing their weakness. Based on technical analysis, most major coins are testing support levels in a downward trend, and it is now close to a 'defensive phase'.

Strategic Points

As selling pressure continues, each coin is expected to have its next movement determined based on key support levels. Short-term funds may be influenced by whether the existing lows are defended, and it is essential to pay attention to whether there is a breakout of the moving average line, which signals a trend reversal.

Here we go again, the BTC vampire mode is activated, and the small coins are collectively lying flat... When will ETH turn around? This time we really have to see if the support line can hold.
