Amazing, you explained it so thoroughly. That's why I believe most blockchains can't prevent systemic risks at all.
All the monitoring and early warning systems are just self-deception. When the data looks good, no one can see the problems.
By the time the explosion happens, it will be too late to react. I completely agree with this logic.
I'm optimistic about the KITE approach; intervention during the event is undoubtedly much more effective than remedial actions afterward.
