‼️ Starting January 1, Lithuania transitions to MiCA
⚠️ The Bank of Lithuania has warned crypto companies about the end of the transition period, during which they could operate without an European MiCA license.
Market participants are advised to either obtain a license by December 31 or leave the market, and consumers should withdraw funds from unlicensed companies in advance.
