Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has decided to suspend its local services in Argentina. The decision was communicated to local users on December 31, 2025, less than a year after Coinbase officially announced the launch of its operations in the country. In a notice sent to Argentine customers, Coinbase stated that starting from January 31, 2026, the platform will no longer support buying and selling stablecoin USD Coin (USDC) with Argentine pesos. However, the company also clarified that other on-chain operations, including sending and receiving cryptocurrencies, will remain open. (criptonoticias)
