The simplest and most fundamental health preservation
I never take supplements, whether vitamins or other nutrients. My body and skin condition are very good, so just eat less. Whether it's anti-inflammatory or other effects, eat less and all inflammation will disappear.
One meal a day, eat whatever you want, just don't overeat. Then keep saving money, and your mindset will improve. The rhythm naturally slows down. After thinking less and worrying less, it's very hard to get sick, and your mood will be smooth.
I dislike pure vitamins or supplements.
Natural world has never had isolated vitamins. For example, when you eat an orange, it contains a lot of fiber. Eating a whole orange is completely different from drinking pure juice.
Pure vitamins or supplements always carry potential risks, which science may not have discovered yet, because there are no pure vitamins in nature. There must be a yin and yang balance, and these are entirely artificial extracts.
Science itself is a process of constant self-criticism. Don't treat yourself as a test subject. Eating less is enough, and that is the best health preservation.
