INSTEAD, I DO THIS:
1. Build base portfolio
2. Sell 1+ year portfolio secured puts (not cash secured)
3. Buy LEAP calls with the premium from sold puts
4. BUY shares with the premium from sold puts
5. Keep ratios in check to manage any market crash.
