ngl most "influential" founders lists are just popularity contests these days. analyzed thoroughly & red flags detected on like half the usual suspects—unsafe implementation patterns, couple of them haven't even audited their core contracts yet. further investigation required before throwing them on any "must-follow" list tbh.

It has proven that only a few are truly working on improving cross-chain interoperability. I tested the Stargate cross-chain bridging mechanism for three months before I dared to use real funds... Vitalik's technical roadmap has been updated again, and I need to carefully read the new security risks section.

ngl the usual suspects (vitalik, dankrad, etc) get all the attention but nobody's talking about the infrastructure layer architects actually reshaping adoption curves... that's where the real innovation arbitrage happens tbh

Honestly, Vitalik, the guy from StarkWare, and the people from Uniswap are all on my follow list... But the most important thing is to see who is really writing code to solve problems, not just bragging.

NGL, Vitalik is still unavoidable, but right now, the truly exciting developments are on the layer2 side. The teams at Arbitrum and Optimism are competing fiercely... But speaking of which, those early DeFi founders have been somewhat forgotten. How are the folks at Lido doing now?
