Spot holdings are low, but contract trading is frequent. To be honest, buying mainstream coins in spot makes me sleep peacefully; there's no risk of zeroing out. But contracts are a different story. Compound interest is too tempting for people like us who are impatient and profit-driven. Opening orders frequently, I've almost gone to the edge of the cliff several times, nearly wiping out my position. Each time, I had to hold on stubbornly to turn things around, and I hate to exit when the market moves in my favor. The emotional rollercoaster is really uncomfortable—exhilarating but equally stressful when losing money. The problem is, funds are already tight, and leveraging to the max makes it even more exhausting, constantly watching the market.

I totally understand the stubbornness to turn things around. Every time I say I won't do contracts anymore, but then I get back in the next round. It's really hard to quit.

Good morning, it's 3 a.m. This is the confession of the liquidity trap—compound interest as a drug, leverage as a rope, tightening oneself to death. Those near-clearance moments were actually sandwich attacks on myself—slippage mercilessly. On days when I can't sleep, my account shrinks, and the opportunity cost has long been negative. Spot trading allows sleep, futures trading can make money—no matter which option you choose, it's a loss. The gambler's mindset before dawn, the principal running low after dawn, in the end, I still got cut by the robot playground. Frequent order placement, to put it plainly, is dancing with the market maker in the dark pool, the rhythm is beyond your control. Tight funds and maxed-out leverage—this isn't compound interest, it's a form of suicide installment plan.

This guy is so right, contracts are just poison... Spot trading sleeps peacefully, but contracts keep you awake.

The last time I fought to the death, I almost got sent away. Now seeing these guys with high leverage, I just can't get excited anymore.

Buddy, this is just gambling. You'll have to pay it back sooner or later.

Sticking to the same old methods to turn things around really requires quitting; going all-in with leverage is just gambling with your life.

That whole thing about stubbornly turning things around is really addictive, can't stop once you start playing.

Spot trading is a guaranteed win, while futures are just lying on the ground... This is my daily routine.
