According to Natixis, the Bank of Korea is expected to raise its policy rate by 25 basis points to 2.75% on July 16, 2026. The French banking group anticipates the central bank will not signal a consecutive rate hike for August, but is more likely to take action again in October, as the central bank will only update its macroeconomic forecasts and six-month forward guidance in August.
