BlackRock AUM Hits $15.3 Trillion, Files Tokenized Money Market Fund Registrations with SEC

According to ChainCatcher, BlackRock's assets under management reached $15.3 trillion in the second quarter, with net inflows of $868 billion over the past 12 months. The company filed two tokenized money market fund registration statements with the SEC: one to create tokenized share classes for an existing fund on Ethereum, and another for a digital-native strategy. BlackRock's iShares platform oversees more than $6 trillion in AUM, with $178 billion in Q2 net inflows. Its digital assets AUM stands at approximately $110 billion, with iShares Bitcoin Trust and Ethereum Trust remaining the largest products in their respective categories.
