Cerebras Hits $95B Market Cap on Nasdaq Debut, Up 68% to $311.07 on May 14

According to CNBC, Cerebras Systems jumped 68% in its Nasdaq debut on May 14, closing at US$311.07 after pricing shares at US$185. The AI chipmaker was valued at roughly US$95 billion.

The offering could reach US$6.38 billion if underwriters exercise the full greenshoe option. Cerebras reported 2025 revenue of US$510 million and returned to profitability with net income of US$88 million, up from a US$481.6 million loss in 2024.
