Global Liquidations Hit $270M in 24 Hours; Long Positions Account for $214M

According to ChainCatcher, citing Coinglass data, global cryptocurrency liquidations totaled $270 million in the past 24 hours, with long positions accounting for $214 million and short positions for $55.68 million.

Bitcoin long liquidations reached $68.54 million, while short liquidations were $10.73 million. Ethereum saw $38.65 million in long liquidations and $27.06 million in short liquidations. Over the same period, 69,788 traders were liquidated, with the largest single liquidation of $4.86 million occurring on Hyperliquid.
