KB Kookmin Bank Raises Household Loan Rates by 10-53bp Starting July 31

According to KB Kookmin Bank on July 29, the bank will raise household lending rates from July 31, including adjustments to credit loans and mortgage products. Credit loan rates will increase by 10-50 basis points, while mortgage loan rates will rise by 6-53bp and jeonse (lease deposit) loan rates by 25-49bp. Products targeting vulnerable borrowers, including KB Saehui Malhomme and KB Hatsallon loans, are excluded from the adjustment.
