According to Decrypt, Kenya's Capital Markets Authority launched a tender today (July 8) for blockchain monitoring tools to track fraud, money laundering, and sanctions evasion across more than 20 public blockchains. The platform will automatically alert on high-risk wallets, large transfers, mixing services, darknet-linked addresses, and sanctioned entities, while screening transactions against United Nations and U.S. Treasury sanctions lists to support enforcement under Kenya's new crypto regulatory framework.
