He stated, "We will mobilize all government capabilities to provide concentrated support so that investments in semiconductors, physical AI, and AI data centers can proceed according to corporate timelines."
Lee added, "We will create new growth hubs for Korea by ensuring not only stable supply of electricity and water but also transportation and logistics infrastructure, and residential conditions including housing, education, medical care, and culture."
Presenting 'Growth for All,' President Lee also promised youth support and strengthened social safety nets. He stated, "For young people taking their first steps into society, we will establish a support system covering the entire life cycle from jobs to housing and asset formation."
Lee announced, "We will further strengthen the social safety net to the level of a social safety mat so that atypical workers, who will inevitably increase in the AI era, can be protected without gaps." He promised, "The government will provide daily support so that all citizens can enjoy the benefits of AI technology development."
The president urged, "The fiscal direction we will discuss today will determine Korea's next 20 to 30 years," requesting, "I ask all participants to engage in discussions with the mindset that they are Korea's Chief Financial Officers (CFOs)."
