Morgan Stanley Analyst Says SpaceX Needs $700B Debt to Achieve $22.7T TAM Goal

According to Morgan Stanley Managing Director Adam Jonas, on Wednesday, SpaceX will need to raise approximately $700 billion in debt to achieve its $22.7 trillion Total Addressable Market ambitions for enterprise AI. Jonas noted in a CNBC interview that Starlink serves as SpaceX's cash-flow machine, while the company's Starship architecture aims to reduce launch costs to $100 per kilogram from the current industry cost of about $1,000 per kilogram.
