Morgan Stanley: Meta's Self-Built GPU Service Signals Chip Shortage, DRAM Scarcity to Extend Into Early 2028

DRAM6.65%
According to Morgan Stanley's latest report analyzing May SIA data, Meta's development of an internal GPU cloud service reflects severe semiconductor scarcity rather than pure commercial competition with AWS and Azure. DRAM supply shortages are now expected to extend into early 2028.
