According to Bloomberg, Ondas CEO Eric Brock said overnight that the global race to develop unmanned and autonomous defense technologies has shifted focus from innovation to large-scale manufacturing and supply chain localization. Brock stated that while developing advanced drone systems is no longer in doubt, the industry's greatest challenge is expanding manufacturing capacity and strengthening domestic supply chains as governments seek to reduce reliance on overseas production.
Ondas acquired DZYNE for $875.8 million, consisting of $200 million in cash and approximately 85 million shares valued at $675 million. The company raised its 2026 revenue forecast to at least $525 million from $390 million, with DZYNE expected to contribute $191 million in 2026 and over $300 million in 2027 while remaining EBITDA-positive.
