Puqi Pharma Resubmits IPO Application to Hong Kong Exchange on July 24

According to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, Puqi Pharma (Beijing Puqi Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd.) resubmitted its IPO application to the Hong Kong Exchange's Main Board on July 24, 2026, with China International Capital Corporation and Min Bank Capital as joint sponsors. The company previously filed a prospectus on January 21, 2026.

Puqi Pharma is a biotech company focused on localized drug delivery therapies for immune-inflammatory diseases. Its pipeline includes four proprietary novel candidates and five generic drug candidates covering atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, pruritus, autoimmune kidney disease, and glaucoma. The lead candidate PG-011 (pumesanib) is a JAK1/2 inhibitor being developed as a topical gel for atopic dermatitis and nasal spray for allergic rhinitis. Phase IIb/III trials for the gel formulation in adults and adolescents (aged 12-17) with atopic dermatitis have been completed, with a new drug application accepted by the National Medical Products Administration in February 2026.
