Quantifi Particles Places 4.6M Shares at 14.98% Discount, Raises HK$60M as Stock Tumbles 9.5%

Quantifi Particles announced today the placement of 4.5977 million shares to Guofu Quantum's subsidiary at HK$13.05 per share, representing a 14.98% discount to yesterday's closing price of HK$15.35. The placement will raise HK$60 million (HK$59.7 million after fees) and expand the issued share capital by 0.88%. Quantifi Particles' stock fell 9.5% to HK$13.89 by early afternoon trading, with intraday losses reaching as much as 11.7%. Guofu Quantum rose 1.3% to HK$2.4. The proceeds will fund intelligent hardware procurement and commercialization (40%), physical AI foundational model R&D (30%), and working capital (30%).
