SEALSQ Signs $5M Quantum Security Agreement With Quobly in July

SEALSQ announced in July that it signed a $5 million agreement with Quobly to integrate its post-quantum security technology into silicon-based quantum platforms. The company also entered a memorandum of understanding with GlobalFoundries covering post-quantum security intellectual property and secure chiplets.

Recent headlines incorrectly attributed a 22% gain in the stock to a new Nasdaq uplisting this week. SEALSQ completed its transfer from Nasdaq Capital Market to Nasdaq Global Select Market on October 27, 2025—a move approved in October 2025, not this week.
