According to Securitize, Securitize Capital, the advisory subsidiary of tokenized asset platform Securitize, registered with the SEC as a full investment adviser on Monday, graduating from exempt reporting adviser status. The move unlocks expanded institutional mandates for its onchain capital markets business by removing constraints on client scope and asset scale. Full RIA registration allows the firm to pursue a wider range of institutional advisory mandates, separately managed accounts, and private fund structures without the caps imposed by exempt status. Securitize Capital already manages approximately $4.8 billion in tokenized assets across funds operated by BlackRock, Apollo, KKR, VanEck, Hamilton Lane, and other institutional asset managers. The firm now holds SEC registration as a broker-dealer, alternative trading system, transfer agent, and investment adviser, positioning it as a vertically integrated infrastructure provider for tokenized securities.
