SK Hynix Plans $26.5 Billion U.S. ADR Listing, Eyes 0.5% Underwriting Fee

According to Bloomberg, SK Hynix is planning to raise approximately $26.5 billion through its U.S. American Depositary Receipt (ADR) listing on July 5, by issuing 2.5% of total shares. The company is negotiating a 0.5% underwriting fee with four major investment banks—Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase—which would generate approximately $130 million in total fees. The proposed fee rate is lower than typical U.S. IPO standards, which usually range above 1%.
