According to E Daily, SK Hynix priced its American Depositary Receipts (ADR) on NASDAQ at $149 per share on July 10, raising approximately $26.5 billion through the offering of 177.9 million shares. The fundraising marks the largest U.S. IPO by a foreign company, surpassing Alibaba's 2014 listing. CEO Kwak Noh-jung stated at the opening bell ceremony in Times Square that "SK Hynix will be present wherever AI exists," emphasizing the company's leadership in high-bandwidth memory (HBM) technology central to the AI revolution and its role in powering global AI infrastructure.
