According to Yonhap Infomax, on July 20, South Korea's 1-year FX swap points closed at -13.90 won, unchanged from the opening, as trading remained thin. The 6-month tenor finished at -7.10 won, while the 3-month and 1-month tenors closed at -3.10 won and -0.90 won, respectively. Asset swaps and liability swaps were evenly distributed, resulting in minimal fluctuation in swap points. A bank swap dealer noted that supply and demand conditions were mixed across onshore and offshore markets, with limited interest rate impact on the day's trading.
