According to ChainCatcher, Strategy released a Bitcoin Bank Adoption Index showing Fidelity leading at 71%, followed by BNY Mellon at 46% and Goldman Sachs at 45%. JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup each scored 43%. The index evaluates 25 major global institutions on Bitcoin-related services across trading, custody, digital asset products, financing, and enterprise engagement, with an overall adoption rate of 32%.
Remaining institutions scored between 13% and 38%, including Wells Fargo at 38%, Banco Santander and Société Générale at 35%, and others ranging down to Royal Bank of Canada and SMBC at 13%.
