Tesla Consensus Price Target At $425.22 Ahead Of Q2 Earnings, Cantor Sees Robotaxi Upside

According to Cantor Fitzgerald, on Monday, Tesla's Robotaxi and Cybercab platform represent a high-margin software-as-a-service opportunity, with the firm reiterating an 'Overweight' rating and believing Tesla can rapidly scale the business after commercialization and capture meaningful market share.

Tesla carries a consensus 12-month price target of $425.22, representing 14% potential upside from current levels. Of the 47 analysts covering the stock, 22 rate it 'Buy', 19 'Hold', and six 'Sell'. The electric vehicle maker is set to report second-quarter earnings later this week, with Wall Street expecting revenue of $26.36 billion, up from $22.50 billion year-over-year.
