Yongyou Network Files IPO Application with Hong Kong Exchange on July 15

According to Hong Kong Exchange disclosure on July 15, Yongyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. (600588.SH) filed its third listing application with the Hong Kong Exchange's main board, with China Bohai Bank International and CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited serving as joint sponsors.

According to the prospectus, Yongyou is China's largest domestic enterprise software company by 2025 overseas revenue and holds a 3.8% market share of China's enterprise software and services market as of 2025. The company provides enterprise software and intelligent services products, including cloud services such as Yongyou BIP series, U9 cloud, and industry-specific solutions. For the fiscal year 2025, the company reported revenue of approximately 8.862 billion yuan and a loss of approximately 1.351 billion yuan.
