Zetrix AI Signs Philippines Blockchain Infrastructure MOU, Becomes Second Regional Adoption

On July 7, Zetrix AI signed a memorandum of understanding with the Philippine government to develop the country's public blockchain infrastructure. The agreement, signed by Zetrix Philippines Inc., My Blockchain Infrastructure Sdn Bhd (a joint venture between Zetrix AI and Malaysia's Mimos Bhd), and the Philippines' Department of Information and Communications Technology, will focus on blockchain applications enabling digital identity interoperability between Malaysia and the Philippines and supporting government credential verification and cross-border trade. If the project proceeds as planned, the Philippines will become the second country to adopt the Zetrix protocol as the foundation of its national blockchain infrastructure, following Malaysia's launch of the Zetrix-based Blockchain Infrastructure in April 2025.
