To pursue its active investment strategy, the fund may hold stocks or derivatives such as swaps or forwards. Portfolio weights are based on a modified market capitalization methodology, subject to a 25% cap on any single company, and reflect the advisers assessment of each companys market and revenue share within the memory sector. Rebalancing occurs at least quarterly.
