Jin10 data September 24th - According to a poll released on Monday, an increasing number of Americans believe that U.S. companies benefit from legal immigrants working in fields such as science and technology. The AP-NORC public affairs research center survey found that more than half (51%) of American adults indicated that U.S. companies gain “significant” benefits from skilled workers in areas like technology. This figure has increased by 10 percentage points since March 2024. About 31% said companies derive “somewhat” smaller benefits from legal immigrants, while 16% believe there are no benefits at all.
