The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals supports the Fed, rejecting Custodia's main account request.

According to Mars Finance, on November 1, crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett reported that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit ruled in the case of Custodia vs. Fed. The ruling, by a vote of 2 to 1, supports the Fed and rejects Custodia's request to compel the Central Bank to open a master account for it.
