According to Mars Finance, on November 2, FTX creditor representative Sunil tweeted that the actual encryption asset recovery rate for FTX creditors is between 9% and 46%, and due to the current high encryption prices, the actual recovery value may be lower. Even if the nominal payment ratio reaches 143%, converted into encryption physical value, it still cannot allow creditors to “recoup investment” in full. Additional recovery will come from airdrops from some projects to FTX creditors (such airdrops occur outside of the bankruptcy proceedings). Currently, Paradex has issued an airdrop to FTX creditors, and more projects are expected to follow.
