According to Bloomberg, DRW Holdings has signed a subscription agreement with Liberty City Ventures to initiate a private sale of approximately $540 million through the publicly listed company Tharimmune Inc. The primary purpose of Tharimmune is to raise funds and hold token assets. The company will hold the native tokens of the public chain Canton, which was developed by Digital Asset Holdings for financial transaction scenarios. DRW and Liberty City participated in a $135 million financing for Digital Asset in June of this year, with other participants including Citadel Securities and Goldman Sachs.
