According to Wu, L2Beat data shows that since October, the daily average TPS of Rollups has significantly risen, soaring from just over 200 to more than 4,400 recently, continuously setting historical highs. L2Beat researcher donnoh.eth explained that this is mainly driven by Lighter, which uses ZK Rollup with Ethereum blobs, achieving 4k+ TPS by publishing only about 100MB of data daily, thanks to its state diffs and application-specific architecture; for comparison, Arbitrum has 37 TPS – 436MiB/day, Base has 155 TPS – 2.11GiB/day, and Soneium has 39 TPS – 241MiB/day.
