China Lists 14 EU Entities on Export Control Blacklist on July 23 in Response to EU Sanctions

According to China's Ministry of Commerce, on July 23 evening, the Chinese government added 14 EU entities to its export control list in response to the EU's 21st sanctions package against Russian entities that included sanctions against 14 Chinese firms. The blacklisted entities are prohibited from receiving Chinese dual-use exports, and foreign organizations and individuals are forbidden from transferring or providing Chinese-origin dual-use items to these entities.
