Federal Reserve Has 69% Probability of Holding Rates in July, CME Data Shows

According to CME Fed Watch data, the Federal Reserve has a 69.0% probability of holding rates steady in July and a 31.0% probability of raising rates by 25 basis points. For September, the probability of unchanged rates stands at 31.1%, with a 51.9% chance of a 25 basis point increase and a 17.0% probability of a 50 basis point hike.
