Israel Strikes Southern Lebanon Towns, Fires Controversial Weapon on Haris

According to Lebanon's national news agency, Israeli forces fired a controversial shock-concussion weapon at the southern town of Haris today, July 19. Multiple surrounding towns including Shama'a, Maghdaloune, and Biyad Sayyad were also subjected to artillery strikes.
