Jersey Mike’s (JMKE) direct IPO subscription intent quota is full, and Gate closes the subscription channel early.

GUSD-0.03%

Gate News: According to an official Gate announcement, the direct IPO subscription intent allocation for Jersey Mike's (JMKE) has reached its limit. The subscription intent channel has been closed early and will no longer accept new subscription intent orders. Existing participating users will not be affected. They will enter the share calculation phase after 2026-07-29 10:00 (UTC+8). The final allocation outcome will depend on the actual IPO offering situation and the final allocation quota obtained by the platform.

If the platform ultimately receives no allocation, it will provide a subsidy equal to 3.8% annualized interest on the subscription intent funds. This subsidy is limited to USDT subscription users and is calculated based on the hourly snapshot amount. Returns will be issued together with the refunded funds to the Spot Account. Any subsidy amount of less than 0.5 USDT will not be distributed. GUSD will receive the same 3.8% annualized interest during the subscription period, regardless of whether it is allocated.
