According to Stocktwits reports, Nokia (NOK) stock climbed nearly 3% overnight on Tuesday (July 21) following Super Micro Computer's announcement of a record $60 billion AI infrastructure backlog, as retail investors bet the Finnish telecom giant could similarly benefit from accelerating AI demand ahead of its July 23 earnings report. Analysts expect Nokia to report €5.51 billion in revenue and €0.07 earnings per share.

In July, Nokia expanded its AI-focused network business by launching its first commercial AI-powered Radio Access Network (AI-RAN) platform using Nvidia technology, and announced partnerships with Taiwan Mobile and Orange Belgium to deploy AI-augmented infrastructure solutions.
