Silver Positioned for Sustainable Rally to $70 by Q2 2027, WisdomTree Strategist Says

According to Kitco News, WisdomTree's Head of Commodities and Macroeconomic Research Nitesh Shah said on July 23, 2026 that silver should recover toward $70 an ounce by the second quarter of 2027, supported by stronger gold prices. Shah stated the next advance would be driven by improving fundamentals rather than speculative momentum like the January spike above $120 an ounce. Spot silver last traded at $59.72 an ounce, up nearly 2% on the day, holding above critical support at $50 an ounce. Shah views the recent correction from January's record highs as necessary to build a more sustainable bull market, contrasting with the speculative frenzy of early 2026.
